About the products

All our products are hand-made, with natural materials and handicraft techniques which make them unique, therefore it may not be an identical match in color, size and image to the photo (tolerance up to 5%). The products may bear some imperfections due to its handicraft origin, which makes them unique. If you have any concerns, please ask for photos of the existing one before you make the order. We do not accept any claim related on these concepts.


Production time for products out of stock

We value handicraft work and we respect production times. If there is any product you cannot find in stock, the production time generally takes 40 days for cushions and 60 for carpets

Order processing

It will be completed within 24 hs after placing the order and the dispatch will be the following business day. There's no processing of orders or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost will depend on the country, and the product selected. It is NOT included in the product price, it will be added before the last purchase confirmation. Quality control

Before the shipping of the product we perform a thorough quality control. From our warehouse, the product is dispatched in the best conditions. Since every product is unique, if you make an order, we can send you pictures before the dispatch. We are not liable for any damage during shipping. If you receive the package or product in bad conditions you should contact to the shipping/transport company , but we will provide the assistance you need.

Losses

We do not reimburse for products that have been lost or that have been received in bad conditions due to shipping/transport company, such reimbursement shall be borne by the insurances hired by such companies.

Returns and exchanges policy

We do not make any exchanges for sales abroad. Before you place the order, please make sure that it is the correct one.

Warranty

Since our product are handicraft they are not covered by any warranty. However, we will glad to assist you in case you have any incoveniences.
